Shipping Procedure

After receiving an order, we typically ship the items within 5-7 working days and aim to  fulfil them within 10 working days.

Policy on Cancellations

Returns  are accepted , by our return policy. If applicable, refunds must be started  within 10 working days of the date the returned items were accepted, per the usual  procedure. Within 10 working days, the returns will be handled using the same method.


Our return policy is valid for seven days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide  you with a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed after your purchase.

In general, if an item meets one or more of the following criteria, it may be eligible for  return within the relevant return window:

  • Delivered in a physically damaged state.
  • Is missing components or accessories.
  • The item received is different from what was requested.

The item must be returned in its original packaging or manufacturer's box, with all price  tags attached, the user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories.

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please only return  your purchase to the merchant.

The expense of your shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of  shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive will depend on where you reside.

Please think about getting shipping insurance or using a trackable delivery service. Our  promise that we'll get your returned item is not a promise.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once we've received and examined your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you  know. Our acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you.

If your refund request is accepted, we'll process your payment and issue a credit to your  credit card or other original means of payment within 15 days.

Delayed refunds

Check your bank account first if you still need to get a return. If the refund appears on your  credit card account within a few days, contact your credit card provider.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at  intratechtechnologies@gmail.com if you need to swap it for an identical item.
