Service or products that you have already ordered until the time of Termination by either  party shall be your responsibility. Further, as per the User License Agreement, you will  receive your royalty payments which have accrued to you or that are legally owed to you.

Fraud on cards

Purchasing items from comfyclothes may result in charges on your credit/debit  card even if you never created an account or signed up. If so, please confirm that the order  has not been placed by your family members or colleagues authorized to make purchases  on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable comfyclothes to begin an  investigation.

Reversal of fraud

All previous, pending, and future orders may be  cancelled by comfyclothes without incurring any liability in the event that any  suspicious behaviour is discovered. The amount charged to your card will be  returned to your Card Account if you cancel your order after it has been charged. • Using another customer's phone/email or using an invalid email and phone  number.

It is possible to block accounts for customers who fall into the fraud or loss to business  category.

Gift cards or vouchers are only issued to customers directly and are sold or distributed by  comfyclothes or any of its partners. comfyclothes disclaims all responsibility for  any abuse, loss, or damage to any gift card or certificate.

Unless otherwise specified, only one credit note, gift voucher, or voucher may be used per  order.   

Discounted Coupons   

The discount coupons occasionally given to account users can only be used on purchases  made using the account for which the coupon was given and registered. promotional coupons for discounts

Any orders placed using promotional vouchers may be cancelled by comfyclothes.  Without restriction, misuse of any promotional vouchers, unauthorized use of vouchers, inaccurate price on vouchers, technical issues, and value thresholds are a few scenarios  where your order might be cancelled. In these circumstances, the voucher amount will not  be returned.

Websites involved in the unauthorized publishing of comfyclothes vouchers will face  appropriate legal action. Only coupons issued or published directly by comfyclothes or one of our affiliate websites will be accepted.

Products that are full-price (non-discounted) cannot be purchased using vouchers. No other promotion may be combined with a voucher. One voucher may only be used once per  transaction.

Disclaimer   

We cannot promise that any Product will be in our inventory, and we will only let you know when something is sold out.
